Battaglia Charities Celestial Spaces Corp is presently rebuilding its operation which was devastated in the Malibu and Pacific Coast Highway fires.
Headquarted in Malibu, California, we will undoubtedly be forced to procure a new location. Though most of our work is outreach, our mission remains to help those in need when other charities refuse or are unable to help.
Internally, one of our goals is to ultimately be a charity which maximizes the percentage of donations flowing through to the needy recipients. We intend to keep our overhead low, and maintain complete transparency regarding cash inflows and outflows. We want to be known as a charity that truly makes a difference for the "common man/woman" who might otherwise be left out in the cold to suffer.
At this time, our hearts and prayers are with all the many people who were affected by the Californial fires. There is so much work to be done, and of course we continue to give special thanks to the firefighters, law enforcement, first responders, medical community, the National Guard, governmental agencies, and friends, family (even strangers) who all stepped up to help everyone. We here at Battaglia Charities are anxious to get our operation back up and running so that we may play an important role as well. And because our operation relies on far less paperwork for those smaller but no less deserving individuals, we can more readily get them the assistance they need. Upon reopening, we will be laser focused on helping those people still suffering from the losses they incurred due to the horrendous fires.
When pending financing is put in place, Battaglia Charities Celestial Spaces will be able to open a new location for our headquarters, procure the inventory (primarily tables, furniture, equipment, vehicles and trailers) we need to get up and running, and begin holding events to raise funds. We anticipate that by the early summer, we will have information on our website regarding pending fundraising events and activities. We cannot wait to be playing a pivotal role in helping as many of those as possible who are still in need!
