Family inspiration can be a complex one for some families, others not so much. What do I mean when I say that. There are some not so wonderful and are wonderful people in my family I was raised by my maternal grandfather, and he's more than a father to me he started working for my great grandfather, who started a trophy manufacturing business. When my grandfather was in the sixth grade my great grandfather would pick him up from school. The reason for that was that my grandfather's two older brothers and other family members did not want to work for the family business so my grandfather left school at 11 AM learn the business and had tutors. My great grandfather was the youngest of 10 children. my grandfather is 1 of 5. Also the youngest boy. The trophy business grew to the largest trophy manufacturing company which manufactured all component parts allover the country. He had over 280 employees in three states and the largest marble importer in the United States. A lot of my inspiration comes from the things I've come to learn about my family speaking to them on the telephone meeting some in person, but myself, and my grandfather moved from the East Coast to the West Coast when I was seven years old. we also have friends that my grandfather has know for over 35 years. They are just like family they're there for us no matter what. After a while of being on the West Coast, some of the family started getting in touch with us. We always kept in touch with Steve and Jane. I would speak to my aunt Grace, at least three times a week. I would speak to Janet. and other family members I got to know a lot of the family history that way mostly and I've learned that some families get along some families don't I'm blessed that I have some that we get along with because my great great grandfather passed away when he was only 61 and my grandfather Kevin had to take over the business by that time. They were not manufacturing trophies any longer, and had been shut down. My grandfather Kevin had turned it into a commercial development company and rented out the building and proceeded to begin building a 880 thousand square-foot building on 30 acres that my great grandfather had acquired from the GSA. Unfortunately the building was never built because it was taken by the state for construction of route 287 for wetlands mitigation that the state had paved over In the federal government made them replace the wetlands estate destroyed 2 to 1 ratio and that's why my great grandfathers property was taken. I don't wanna get into a lot of minutia about what fights happen I would happen within the family, but my heart goes out to those who do have difficulties getting along with their families, never give up you never know when something can come together. Sometimes it's just never going to change, but I drew a lot of inspiration from my family friends that we consider family are more my great great grandfather entered World War II at the age of 17 he joined the Navy, spent three years and then worked with President Eisenhower as a metal urchin my grandfather would tell me my great grandfather can just smell a piece of metal and tell you. my grandparents, camp, Sicily, and my others from Naples The reason I tell you, this is that sometimes family isn't just the ones that have the same blood running through their veins, dear friends can be family some family members can, unfortunately be enemies don't ever let that stop you from following your dream because without a dream, you cannot have a dream. Come true I don't think I'm the first to say that, but I've had plenty of inspiration. and they know who they are so I don't have to say much more find your inspiration when you can and go out do whatever makes you happy. I happen to love baseball. I've played baseball since I was eight years old. My coach was a professional baseball player and saw my potential and spent many years teaching me. I took a break from it, and I am now gotten back into it for about a year. I was taught boxing by James quick Tillis the first boxer to go the distance with Mike Tyson Vanessa and quick are wonderful people. I met them at church when I was 10 years old and they are dear friends today you learn something from everything you do the people you meet people to get along with and the ones that are willing to take the time to show an interest and what you're trying to achieve and always be there for those people building their dream America is a different place than when my grandfather and great grandfather grew up. I think one of the most important as inspiring yourself, inspiring others, and having others inspire you being there for one another. especially that time has become almost to commodity wear so busy in our lives. I have to allocate time. I always allocate my time to include helping others my family. I'm doing the best I can every day sounds easy. people say it I said, but doing it that's the challenge never stop giving time to yourself your family, your friends and kindness to a stranger. Anything can be achieved has John F Kennedy said, and this is not a direct quote. Anything could be over come by people anything we think we can do any problem we can solve, and our destiny should be in peace, love understanding, and achieving a common goal a goal that benefits all as he said, one of his speech is not a piece americana piece for the world friendship for the world kindness to the world. It seems on the unobtainable yet. Think and look back on history how many things people thought were impossible how many barriers are broken how many new Roads made a lot of people may not have read to this point as they say Without family inspiration, things can be quite difficult to achieve. It is my great hope that you and everyone that reads this achieve their dream and goal. And I want to mention one other thing my great-grandfather was the youngest boy my grandfather was the youngest boy the other family members because my great-grandfather was what would you consider a wild kid and my grandfather his family considered him a wild kid they would talk some of them about that they wouldn't amount to much the funny thing is they became the most successful in their families so if you have a family friends that's out you speak poorly of you and say you'll never make it that's something you never listen to give it no time never let it bother you because if you don't have a family or friends that believe in you and lift you up the ones that talk badly about you and doubt you will drag you down that's just life I always think positively my grandfather always told you see a glass half full does it have full or is it half empty it's always half full perspective is the key we all possess our own key whether we choose to use that key and turn the right lock instead of the wrong lock is all up to each one of us we have that power and no matter what people say about us even our own family positivity helps negativity a waste of time always stay positive I can't say that enough.
